Graduate and Professional Student Association
GPSA directors are appointed by the elected executive officers and top legislative officer of the organization, including the GPSA President, Vice President of Internal Affairs, Vice President of External Affairs, Vice President of Campus Engagement, Vice President of Professional Development, and Assembly President, on a discretionary basis. Directors are hired to execute the operations and programming of the associated office and support the vision of the office leader.
A call for directors is formally distributed at the end of the spring semester each academic year, which contains information related to job descriptions and application processes. Director appointments are most often confirmed between May and August, or the first 2-3 months following the distribution of the call. As vacancies occur, GPSA distributes application and job information via the monthly newsletter, social media, and this website!
